    Identify relevant training programs, workshops, seminars, and online courses that address the specific skill gaps and areas of interest. Allocate resources, and budget; access learning materials.

    Mentor-guided project and programs

    Provide opportunities for employees to work on real-time projects under guidance. Role and project rotation to foster well-rounded skill sets.

    Performance review and mentorship

    Regular feedback and evaluation to track progress and address any challenges. Encourage mentorship and knowledge-sharing to facilitate continuous learning and growth.
